These training plans are 100% bespoke to you, so if you want to run a marathon in 12 weeks time, can only train 3 times a week, are coming back from an injury and have a holiday booked in the middle - no problem!


Once you purchase this plan, we will contact you to get some running history, aims for the plan and get some idea of when and for how long you would like to train. Once we have all of the information we will build your bespoke plan.


On receiving your plan, you can feedback if any adjustments are needed then just follow the plan and you'll be good to go!
